Meet Dr. Crook

Dr. Spencer Crook has been practicing endodontics in the Phoenix Valley since 2003.  He takes pride in delivering care in a compassionate and gentle manner.  Each patient is given the respect and attention they deserve.  Dr. Crook believes that since each person is unique, every situation needs to be assessed and diagnosed individually.  He enjoys taking the time to educate and explain each treatment recommendation and will help people explore all options that may be available in conjunction with their general dentist.

Dr. Crook graduated with a Bachelors of Science degree in Chemistry with minors in math and economics from Weber State University.  At Weber State he received recognition for work he did in analytical chemistry.  He then attended Temple University where he concurrently received his Doctor of Dental Medicine and a Masters of Business administration.  While in dental school he continued his love for research where he did work on identifying periodontial pathogens using DNA technology.  He was able to present this work at an International Dental Research meeting.  After dental school he continued his training at the University of Louisville Hospital where he did a general practice residency.  After completing the hospital program he moved to Michigan.  He received his specialty training in Endodontics at the University of Detroit Mercy.  Along with his specialty certificate he also received a Masters of Science degree in oral microbiology.  Dr. Crook continues his education and enjoys implementing new technology into his practice.

After spending time out West, Dr. Crook is excited to practice back East.  Dr. Crook has a family of five and spends most of his free time trying to keep up with his kids.
